Larry Armstrong
Director

Mr. Armstrong is an independent businessman. Until recently, he was President and CEO of FSI Holdings (formerly Frac Source Inc.), from February 2006 until August 2009. Prior thereto he was President and CEO of Trace Energy Services from November 1983 until October 2005. Mr. Armstrong currently serves on the Board of Directors for Century Oilfield Services Inc. and FSI Holdings.

Doug Bell, C.A.
Director

Mr. Bell is President of Megacy Investment Management Ltd. and has most recently served for the past 16 years as VP finance for the Hokanson Capital Inc. Group of Companies and for RJM Corp., both private investment firms based in Alberta. His senior management experience has focused on oilfield services, real estate, and technology. Prior to industry, Mr. Bell worked for Price Waterhouse for 11 years.

Albrecht Bellstedt
Director

Currently Mr. Bellstedt is the Chairman and Director of The Churchill Corporation, Director for the Canadian Western Bank, Lead Director of Forzani Group. Formerly he was the General Counsel, EVP Law and Corporate, of TransCanada Corporation.
